Great work out bench

After getting this bench and out of the box the set up was super easy. It took around 5 minutes and came with 1 tool, and I needed one tool of my own. (A wrench) and that all, so i do appreciate the simple instructions and setup. The bench itself is nice. The cushion is soft but yet strong enough to hold up to a grown man and still feel comfortable. The bech quality is great, it very durable and made to last. The bench is stable and can do anymore out you can think of with out moving around, slipping or any issues. Overall its great and i have no complaints i

Staple for home Gym

This is such a great bench press, we have been looking for one for many months and this came in unexpectedly and has been such a game changer and for our workouts. So we are very big into lifting weights and we also use this for body weight exercises. We use this with free weights and kettle bells, I also use this to do leg workouts and adjusted pushups. This is useful for the whole family and is a staple for our home gym.
