Item arrived quickly very well packaged, nothing broken or missing. Both remote and receiver already had over 80% charge so I could test all three levels of use. It's so cute in pink. The way it's designed is just so attractive, and compact. I was afraid it may be too big or bulky for my 7 lb Pomeranian ,but it is made just right. I love it. The instructions are very clear and precise,easy to understand.
