Wow! What's not to like! The queen sized mattress came in a tall box, but I was surprised at how small it was. It was too heavy for me to lift alone, however. Opening the box was super easy and the mattress practically unrolled itsself. We slept on it that first night and it is wonderful. just the right amount of firmness and support while being just right on softness too. The quality is excellent and I foresee it lasting awhile. The inner springs did pop occasionally after unrolling, but they are perfect. Laying down on it that first time was like a dream! The cradling of my body was just perfect!

I bought this for the king size bed my younger grandsons share at my house as their mattress was older. It was easy to put onto the bed and get set up even by myself. It's sturdy, but easier for me to handle than the old one. My grandsons say they sleep better on this mattress than the older one and the ones they have at their house. It has just the right firmness and comfort for me to lay down with them to watch a movie before bedtime. When others move it doesn't move you too which is an added bonus. I'm satisfied with this purchase.

This mattress is exactly what I was looking for…I got the Queen size in the 12inch…it shipped and arrived quickly…it was easy to put in place and unroll with me and my husband…it expanded and finished plumping up very quickly and was able to be used faster than I expected…I am a side sleeper and it works perfectly for me so I would definitely recommend for side sleepers…my husband is both a side sleeper and a back sleeper and he is very happy with it also…the firmness is just right and is exceeded my expectations for a mattress in a box…I am super happy with the price point also…
