Warranty Coverage: This warranty covers only the cost of parts necessary to maintain the scooter’s normal operation during the warranty period. Please keep your proof of purchase in a safe place for reference when inquiring about warranty matters. Please note that consumables are not covered by this warranty. Note: Regarding water damage, this warranty covers malfunctions caused by use in light rain or driving through standing water; however, do not submerge the scooter in water for extended periods or expose it to heavy rain, as doing so will void the warranty. - The following parts are only covered under normal use conditions, and human damage is not covered. - Battery: The warranty period is 6 months for battery failure, inability to charge, inability to discharge, low battery life (after full charge, the test battery life is less than 50% of the purchase time at the standard weight of 154lb / 70kg), test capacity is less than 60% of the rated capacity, and other quality problems. - Motor: Motor failure warranty is 6 months. - Controller: Controller failure warranty is 6 months. - Instrument: Instrument failure warranty is 6 months. It does not include damage to the instrument/instrument cover caused by external force or impact. - Tire: Cracking and deformation caused by non-pneumatic tires are covered for 3 months.
