TRUE to size. I agree with another reviewer as thicker, however, the Ortho clinic I visit has no johnnys in my size, so thicker for cold weather is practical in my case. I was not uncomfortable seeing a medical provider who works out of her home and was comfortable at 83 degrees with no heat index at play. I am not a fan of drawstring, but was unbothered tying a few inches out than I needed, letting it dangle.

All over all day comfort, you can never go wrong with fleece. They don't bead after washing or shrink. They run true to size and what I love the most is that I can go from my bed to out and about.
