Warranty Period Axidou offers a 2-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty for this 12-piece silicone kitchen set, starting from the original purchase date. It covers material and workmanship defects under normal household cooking and baking use, following product usage guidelines. 2. Covered Defects & Authorized Warranty Services During the warranty period, Axidou will resolve verified manufacturing defects with free, no-fee services at our discretion: - Free Replacement: Replace defective utensils or the full set with an identical new model, covering silicone handle separation, non-artificial wooden handle cracking, and silicone melting/deformation within rated heat limits due to factory flaws. - Lifetime Support: Free usage tips, maintenance guidance and troubleshooting for product-related questions, even after the warranty expires. This warranty applies only to defects linked to the product’s core qualities: food-grade BPA-free silicone, sturdy wooden handles, 446°F heat resistance, non-stick safe design and easy-clean structure. 3. Non-Covered Damages & Warranty Exclusions This warranty does NOT cover damage from improper use, abuse or negligence, including these key scenarios: - Overheating Damage: Silicone heads melted/warped from open flames, heat over 446°F, or prolonged extreme heat exposure. - Misuse & Abuse: Using utensils to cut, pry, stir sharp/hard items (bones, frozen solid food) or for non-cooking tasks; intentional damage or alteration. - Improper Cleaning: Cleaning with steel wool, corrosive chemicals, or improper high-heat sterilization; mold on handles from poor drying and storage. - Normal Wear: Minor surface discoloration, handle patina or superficial scratches that do not affect function or safety. - Commercial Use: Damage from heavy, frequent use in restaurants, catering or other commercial settings (for household use only). - Unauthorized Repairs: Product damage from disassembly or repair by non-Axidou personnel. - Accidental Damage: Cracks, breaks or damage from drops, impacts or crushing. 4. Critical Usage & Care Guidelines (To Maintain Warranty Eligibility) Follow these guidelines to protect the product and keep warranty valid: - Heat Use: Silicone resists heat up to 446°F, do not place on open flames or leave in hot pans unattended long-term. - Non-Stick Safe: Soft silicone heads prevent non-stick pan scratches, avoid using excessive force with utensils. - Cleaning & Storage: Seamless design resists food buildup, dishwasher safe; hand wash with mild detergent, air dry fully before storing to protect wooden handles. - Safety Rule: Stop using damaged/deformed utensils, as this set is made of non-toxic, BPA-free food-grade materials for family safe cooking. 5.
