I made a casserole for Mother's Day using these for the first time and while I was initially surprised by the smaller size of these utensils, I was quite pleased with their performance. The whisk works better than my current one, and the spatulas work really well due to the heavy weighted wood rod. The spatula was more sturdy than I'm used to, but I really like it. These tolerated high heat and while they are suitable for the dishwasher, I washed mine by hand. My son is learning to cook so it's nice to have these by the stove, accessible, and in one place. These are going to replace my expensive Farberware set that I've had for quite some time. I'm super pleased with these--small, but mighty!
