I ordered 9, 4 shades I received. The 5 they said was shipped went to another address, received 1 with a different name on package. They tried to tell me all of them were shipped,, so sorry, so sorry delivered! .,, I am very furious,, I still don't have the shades and it is going on 1 month of delay and a different excuse everyday! They offered my money back,, I had to pay installer $250.00 and he had no roman shades to install. Now he has to come back charge is $250.00 and they say so sorry!
