I've never even heard of the Bear Run shoes but they are absolutely amazing this is the fourth pair that I have gotten and I highly recommend them they are comfortable they come in a variety of styles and colors and I got the beige these are absolutely wide which I love and I need and even the standards are wide in my opinion and let your feet spread out and breathe and all that I got a pair of two pairs for myself pair for my daughter and a pair for my granddaughter and they're worth it get you a pair and I'm telling you you're going to love them my daughter uses hers to walk on concrete floors and it keeps her back and hips from hurting and if they work great my granddaughter absolutely loves hers and they're comfortable on her feet

Barerun Women's Water shoes are true to size. I got mine a half size bigger thinking otherwise, I would recommend that you don't! These shoes are roomy, comfortable and sturdy enough for my everyday usage! There's comfort in the soles, they are a good weight, and have a slip resistant bottom...not sure if this was noted in the ad or not! The colors are very pretty --a group of pastel colors the "webbing " for the top of the shoe is verh nice. There's a velcro "snap" closure instead to shoestrings, zippers, buttons, or snap, which is very convenient --especially for someone, such as me, with hand issues! Overall, I am very much pleased with this item and really would (and have) recommend it!
