I am a professional colorist so i go through pencils and sharpeners often so when my last pencil sharpener broke i bought this one and boy am i glad i did! It sharpens pencils that have soft cores without breaking and does not chew my pencil up which is huge! My old sharpener worked well but would shave away so much pencil in the process not this one it barely takes wood off and is done within 1 to 2 seconds!! If you are looking for a good art shapener or judt something realiable this is it!!!
