I love Running Girl bras! This bra fits perfectly! I am 5'4 and 135 pounds with a smaller cup size, and the medium fits perfectly. It also gives me plenty of support for working out at the gym and running outdoors! The straps and cutout in the back are very pretty features. The molded cups are not removable, like they are in some sports bras. This bra is pretty, it fits well, and gives me plenty of support!

I love this bra. It has super flattering straps. The band at the bottom isn't cutting into you for the โ€œsupportโ€ feel. It is fairly supportive. I think size down if you want it to be fairly tight/compressed. I don't feel like I'm falling out when I lean down in my workouts. The straps are very supportive too. Not digging into your shoulders.
