Comfortable to walk on

I chose this golden beige because it matches the carpet in my mother's bedroom. I know this runner rug is supposed to be for hard surfaces but it fits perfectly on top of worn down carpet. It is somewhat easy to unfold and remove most of the creases; use your feet to walk over creases daily. It is low pile yet soft on feet. No chemical smell. Edges are sewn tightly: no loose strings or pilling. Machine washable. Easy to vacuum. Non-slip backing.
