Key item features

  • 【Durable steel frame and high-quality rattan, fully upgraded durability】 This 3 PCS Rattan Patio Furniture Set is based on brown PE rattan and anti rust steel frame. Compared with traditional rattan materials, it has better weather resistance and anti-aging ability. Brown rattan has a natural and warm texture, which complements outdoor environments such as courtyards and balconies; The steel frame structure treated with rust prevention is stable and reliable, and it is not easily corroded or deformed even when placed outdoors for a long time. The exquisite weaving craftsmanship not only enhances the visual hierarchy, but also strengthens the overall load-bearing performance - the single chair can bear up to 360 pounds, allowing you to use it with peace of mind without frequent replacement. The addition of three backrest colors (gray, orange, peacock blue) injects a personalized and dynamic color into the outdoor space on top of the classic brown tone.
  • 【Upgraded thick cushioned seats for a comfortable and fully relaxed sitting experience】 The seat is designed according to ergonomics, with a slightly tilted backrest that conforms to the curve of the waist and back, making it less prone to fatigue even after prolonged leaning. The outdoor Wicker Conversation Set cushions and back cushions are filled with high resilience sponge, providing a soft and supportive sitting experience, allowing you to completely relax your body and mind during afternoon naps or conversations with friends. The cushion jacket is made of breathable knitted fabric, which feels skin friendly and can be disassembled for cleaning, making daily maintenance easy and convenient. The backrest of the 3 PCS Rattan Patio Furniture Set is available in three colors: gray, orange, and peacock blue - steady gray is low-key and versatile, vibrant orange lights up the space, and peacock blue adds an elegant retro atmosphere. No matter which one you choose, you can showcase your unique beauty while being comfortable.
  • 【Tempered glass coffee table, practical and safe】 The coffee table desktop that comes with the Outdoor Wicker Conversation Set is made of thick tempered glass, which has excellent heat and impact resistance. Even when placing hot or cold drinks, there is no need to worry about the desktop being damaged. The glass and table frame are firmly fixed by four strong suction cups, effectively preventing sliding and providing peace of mind for daily use. The size of the coffee table is 19.5 x 19.5 x 19.5 inches, with a moderate height that matches well with the seat, making it perfect for placing snacks, fruits, magazines, and remote controls. Cleaning is equally simple, just wipe lightly with a damp cloth to restore transparency and smoothness, allowing you to sit with friends, chat, and enjoy delicious food with ease and comfort.
  • 【Suitable for multiple scenarios, easily create a comfortable corner】 The entire Rattan Patio Furniture Set is mainly woven with brown rattan strips, with simple and neat lines and a modern yet natural style. It can blend into outdoor scenes such as courtyards, gardens, balconies, and poolside, as well as add a warm texture to sunrooms or living rooms. The backrest offers three color options: gray, orange, and peacock blue, allowing you to freely match according to your home style or personal preference - gray is low-key and elegant, orange is bright and lively, and peacock blue is retro and eye-catching. Whether it's creating an exclusive outdoor leisure area or setting up a small space for reading and relaxing in every corner of the home, this set of furniture can easily handle it, making every corner an ideal place to relax and unwind.
  • 【Quick assembly, effortless and easy to handle】 Worried about the tedious installation of furniture? This outdoor Wicker Conversation Set thoughtfully takes this into consideration. Each product comes with clear installation instructions, simple and clear steps, and all necessary tools and accessories are readily available, allowing for quick assembly without the need for professional experience. The size of the single chair is 26.5 x 26.5 x 30 inches, and the coffee table is 19.5 x 19.5 x 19.5 inches. The overall packaging is compact and easy to transport. From unboxing to placement, you can have your own outdoor leisure corner in just a short time. Whether you choose a steady gray, vibrant orange, or peacock blue backrest, it can be easily installed in place, allowing you to focus more energy on enjoying life instead of wasting time on complex installation processes.

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible. The instructions did not come with the product. Impossible for me to put it together without the instructions. I reached out to Walmart so they could get me the instructions so I could put it together, however they want me to return the product so they can ship me an entire new set. Usually this would not be a problem. The problem is that it's heavy and I don't have a truck or help to load. So then they offered to have a company pick up the product so it could be returned. So that means that I have to miss work so that I don't miss the pick up. All I wanted was the instructions to put the product together, and Walmart made it entirely impossible for me. When I purchased this product, it was purchased directly from Walmart not a third-party. I don't understand why they are making it so difficult.
