Not bad, but not Perfect

I don't like the vibration, did not want it, could not find a chair like this without it. The stuffing is a bit skimpy. I've had this together for about a week now and there is an indentation in the left arm where my elbow rests while I'm reading. The seat is on the short side, and I'm on the old side so I had to order a cushion to make it easier for me to rise.

Wrong remote

I bought this chair March 2022 and have yet been able to use it since the plug does not work, the plug in the pictue for this chair looks diffrent to the one you send with the cair I have, how can I get a new one(plug) the one you send with this cair is round is oblong, the one in the picture is long and more blue color on the display on how the chair works...please help and thank you
