My friend has it in her garage gym. We did an EMOM and I was not afraid to jump. I was not afraid that my shins would scrap or hurt my knees or fall to the other side. I jumped. With no fear. Love this so much I bought my own. In love that i can store it on the corner without this taking up space.

Absolutely love my plyo box! I used to use this exact one at one of the gyms I went to and what I love about it is the various heights all in 1 box. It fits perfectly in my little workout section of my 1-bedroom apt without looking obtrusive or out of place. I've also been able to use it for more than just box jumps so it's been giving me an opportunity to have more variety in my workouts without needing to purchase additional equipment.
