It holds all the items I need for the gym (mostly the indoor pool) so all I have to do is "grab the bag and go". I already measured/tried out and it will hold my kick-board (competition) - but I will probably need to get a solid pieced of plastic (or other material) so the pack will not "move in" and break the board.
