Cook With Color Dual Sided Cutting Board , Cream

My mother has arthritis and cannot lift her heavy wood board anymore. These are light enough for her to move around, and the grip edge gives her something secure to hold onto while she works. She has started cooking for herself again, which means a lot to our family.

The soft edge gives me something secure to hold when my hands are wet from rinsing produce at the sink. I have not dropped one yet, which I cannot say about my old slick board. The trim keeps the board from clattering around while I carry it to the stove.
