Seems to work just fine. I like the different wavelengths you can adjust to, and the little remote connector is nice to not have cords or wires to mess with. The one thing I would say it needs is a strap to go over the top of your head. If you move around while wearing it, it keeps slipping down, too tight and may be uncomfortable. But if you are sitting or laying down it doesn't move at all. I would recommend and just remember it takes time to see results.
