Key item features

  • Durable Protection: Permethrin spray bonds to fabric fibers for up to 6 weeks or through 6 washings, without staining or damaging clothing, fabrics, plastics, or outdoor gear.
  • Enhanced Safety: A 2017 University of Rhode Island study showed treating shoes and socks with Permethrin reduces tick bite likelihood by 73.6 times.
  • Versatile Application: Ideal for use on shirts, jackets, pants, socks, shoes, boots, sleeping bags, tents, and netting for outdoor activities like camping, hunting, and travel.
  • Broad Spectrum: Effective against over 55 types of insects, including disease-spreading ticks (Lyme) and mosquitoes (West Nile & Zika), chiggers, spiders, and mites.
  • Resilient Formula: Sawyer Permethrin remains effective despite sweat or water exposure, degrading only via UV exposure or washing machine agitation.
  • Optimal Coverage: Each 24-ounce trigger spray bottle treats 5 outfits, with the EPA recommending 4.5 ounces per outfit (shirt, pants, and socks).
  • Odorless Finish: The specially formulated repellent is odorless after drying and does not stain or damage clothing or gear.

No ticks

I used this spray before I went into the woods looking for berries. I did not get one tick on me and that has never happened before. I would recommend it to anyone who goes in the woods or hiking etc. to use this product.

Best to poisen your clothes, not yourselves.

I hate wearing poison on my skin this is a good alternative. Works great I know I live in a heavily wooded area.
