This is the second fit & flare dress I've ordered, and I got this one to have a dress that can be worn casually or more formally and would work for travel. It's a very flattering fit and comfortable. The only thing I don't like it that the bust area is pretty snug. I have both dresses in small. I tried a medium but it was to loose everywhere, but the small is borderline uncomfortable up top. But I do have a slightly broad shoulder and rib cage and about 38 B bra size. I like both the short and regular size, but to me the regular length looks a bit dressier. I'm 5'3” for reference. Love that it's organic cotton and resists odors.
