Since all gyms are currently closed, I was missing my steps workout. I am over 60 and 100 lbs overweight (having lost 70 lbs already), so I was looking for something sturdy enough to hold my weight without topping over. After much research, I found that this step is both sturdy and will not tip over. I place this on a rug and against the leg of the couch to assure even greater stability. I like the fact that I can change the height, giving me variation in my workout. I am able to do the same workout that I was doing in the gym, so I am very pleased with this product.
