The fragrance that comes with the humidifier is not a fruity or flowery fragrance and it smells wonderful to me. This is easy to use and there is a pamphlet that gives instructions on how to use the diffuser and maintenance instructions and how to clean the diffuser. I picked the blue light, I like the ability to choose the color of the light. I like this diffuser a lot. I recommend it highly.

This diffuser really puts out a lot of moisture! I really like the angle outlet. Lets you direct where it comes out. It looks good on an end table and the light is warm and adds a bit of ambiance in the evenings. The included scent is great! Hopefully I can buy a refill bottle when this one runs out!
