NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to adjust the length.

We need a 44” belt. The choice given was 42” or 46”. So we ordered the 46” belt. The length from the first hole to the buckle where that fits into the buckle is 47”. The holes are one inch apart, so it fits the 44” I need. That leaves 7” extra length to tuck into the loops in the pants. The listing says the length of this belt is adjustable. There is a metal thing near the buckle. And there is a mysterious tool. But NO INSTRUCTIONS!! It would be nice to make it fit just right. We received this belt free in exchange for a review. The belt is annoying to wear, but does the job as is. But not being able to adjust it as promised, it is disappointing. So 3 stars.
