Beware if you have hair below your ears.

I got these because a good friend showed herself using them online. Her glasses slid down her nose like mine do. She didn't mention the problem of having hair past her ear lobes, which I have too. First, they were hard to get on the ear pieces of my frames. Second, there were no instructions as to position on ear pieces of frames. Third, once I finally, after days of trial and error, got them where they might belong, they hurt the backs of my ears and head. Fourth, they pull my hair putting the glasses on and, more so, taking the glasses off. Also, fifth, they keep my glasses too close to my face. The upside?? Your glasses cannot slip down your nose! Good luck!
