Works! Helpful for my back

This lumbar pillow has good support for my back. I have disc protrusions, so proper back support is very important for me, both at home and in the car. Surprisingly it gives excellent lower back support and helps reduce the pain and tension from sitting for long periods. The material is breathable, so my back doesn't get sweaty. It keeps its shape well and doesn't flatten under weight. It has zipper to take off cover and wash it if necessary. Bottom line: very comfortable and supportive pillow.
