Ring Pop, Push Pop, Baby Bottle Pop, Juicy Drop Pop, Lollipop Variety Pack, 12.4 oz, 18 Pieces

I wish I could review the item without having to review the delivery experience, but unfortunately I can't. I ordered this on Friday for pickup for a birthday party on Saturday. After placing the order, I was told it was unavailable in-store but could be delivered the same day. That day came and went with no delivery. I contacted customer service and explained that I am a Walmart member and asked if they could arrange a faster delivery since the item was needed for a birthday party the next day. I was told there was nothing they could do. I was assured that it would arrive by Saturday at 10:00 PM. Saturday came and went as well, and still no package. The item finally arrived Sunday evening after 5:00 PM more than a day after it was needed. What was most frustrating was not just the delay, but the complete lack of effort to help resolve the situation. As a Walmart member, I expected some attempt to make things right or provide an alternative solution, but none was offered. I have never dealt with a customer service team that seemed so unwilling to help. Because of this experience, I am seriously considering canceling my Walmart membership. Delays happen, but poor customer service and broken promises are much harder to overlook.

Did not order this item now I have to get out %26 make the effort to return it! returning it Y
