Oh, yes!

My husband and I enjoy Italian sausage. Since it is just the two of us, I will open 1-2 casings and brown that meat loosely. To it will add a can of diced tomaoes and a a can of sauce and minced onions and bell peppers. I will take two or three links of sausage and cut into chunks. Absoulely delicious over pasta.

Excellent product, high quality, very tasty, and affordable! Fix on the grill, high temp works for me, lid closed, and check frequently, about every 2 minutes. I turn and move them if needed. Another couple minutes, check again I like to turn them to aline with the grill, for 1 or 2 minutes again, then grill off. Crunchy on the outside, medium inside. Yellow mustard, wrap in a slice of bread. I don't like to taste buns when I eat these!
