..... Boot Review: LOVE LOVE LOVE These boots... I love the comfort of them I love the style of them I love the quality of them I love that I get compliments in them ..... Company Review: This company is amazing. I was sad to recieve the boots and realize I had ordered the wrong size, but was please to find out the customer service is probably the best I have ever received, in less then 15 days I went from -> orginal order (wrong size) - ship - received (have for 3 days!) - request a return - ship back - boots checked at warehouse - ship - receive new boots!! (that is pretty amazing if you ask me!) I recommed this company!!

For the two Christmases and a birthday, I have purchased my daughter a new pair of cowboy boots to replace the far-beyond-scuffed, worn-through-the-soles pair she's had for more than 10 years. This Christmas she just asked for the old one to be re-soled and salvaged as much as possible. But I figured I'd give it one more effort. These didn't arrive to her until after the holiday. She called with her first words being "They're beautiful! They're perfect! I just put them on and they are so comfortable before even breaking them in." Yes! I did not see them in person but she said the snip toe is perfect, not to pointed; not too squared off. Knowing I don't do pointed or square at all; and not overly fond of the usual snip, she suggested I try these as a compromise and something besides the 4 pair of round toes I wear. Think I may have to check them out. For now, fourth time is a charm. My 30 year old daughter is sporting in hot new boots. Two thumbs up and a twist for mom.
