Low and Slow for Tender Perfection

I got this early for my husband for Father's Day's. It was on sale and this is the one he had been looking for. It was very easy to assemble for one person and took less than an hour. He was cooking later that day. He's had a lot of grills but he loves the smoker type like this one. It keeps the direct heat ( coals) away from food and cooks low and slow cooking your meat to tender perfection!
