My 1st choice after many, many trials

My wife is bedbound with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Eating can be a laborious, exhausting, or flat-out impossible process for her at times. We've tried a multitude of options. This has become a daily staple, and probably still will be even after we get the doctor-prescribed nutrition pouches. PROS: - Not too sweet (I'm looking at you, Orgain) - Actually smells like vegetables, not chemicals - Ingredients look good, no, great - I actually feel good after drinking CONS: - Very powdery texture... that's it The texture is not a problem for us. We mix: Plain, unsweetened greek yogurt, a splash of kefir, water, just enough frozen whole strawberries and blueberries (no bananas, per some research on flavonoids), a bit of riced cauliflower. Blend, then add 2 scoops of this stuff, 1 scoop of Kirkland chocolate whey protein powder, finish blending. Note: I do use a Vitamix, so that helps too.

I love this protein powder. I mx it with water and drink it as is. It dissolves quickly in a glass using a spoon to mix. It has a distinct protein powder flavor with a decent vanilla backer. I will never be a fan of the flavor, but the ease of mixing, the tolerable taste when mixed with just water and the non-dusty powder makes it a 5 star for me.

I ❤️ this!!! I tried this with almond milk taste good and i tried it with bottler water and still great vanille favor. The only thing I didnt like was u get a big jar and its not full for the money u pay for its not even half full i dont like that.
