good for night shifters

I work night shift 12-16 hour shifts, have been for almost a year. Started noticing I was struggling with energy more months ago even though lifestyle stayed the same other than now being awake only at night. One of my sgt's said it might be a lack of Vitamin D since i'm asleep during the day so don't get much sunlight anymore. Tried these, have been taking them for a few months now.
