this has got to be the best blender and it is so capable of doing so many things it chops it blends to perfection! the blender is absolutely fantastic and makes the best blended food, I made hummus and made a lot of it for a party and it turned out creamy and wonderful heard it with the smoothest hummus I have ever made and also the largest portion which I looked for my party. this is definitely great for people who have a lot of people over or a lot of kids and they would love their kids to appreciate good health with healthy smoothies and soups. I love the glass cylinder comes with which can be hot or cold it will not break. it is very large and I just love it as we always have a lot of people over. this is an answer to a party person prayers. my husband made the most wonderful frozen strawberry daiquiris and I have ever had. since you can see through the 64 Oz container you can see all your good work being done lickety split. it works super fast and super well. I can't wait to make my own creamy soups which I love a good creamy homemade tomato soup. I have so many ideas and in the instructions which are easy to read they also give some wonderful ideas how and what to make in this great thing. I also really appreciate the fact that it will chop nuts and stuff like that because I also make. I haven't tried that yet but I can imagine that it works super well because the functions I told you about and what we made were perfect! I think the price point is really good and it actually came a day or too early which was wonderful because I got it on a Wednesday and we are having another party this weekend for my father-in-law. I wish I would have had this for memorial Day but that's okay because there are plenty of holidays coming soon. it is very large and I had a little bit of trouble washing it out only because my sink was just a tad smaller than I would like, but that didn't stop me at all. I got it squeaky clean and it looked fantastic when I was done. it is a good looking appliance so you can leave it out during your party which is a big Plus in my book. I definitely recommend this product

The Airmsen 9-in-1 Hot %26 Cold “Professional Blender” has many presets for various tasks, but it lacks a vitally important one. A clock. While you can set certain tasks to run up to 12 hours later and even set how long some process will take, these are countdown functions not time based. The user manual is vague on the details and extremely brief with only a short paragraph detailing how to access “time based” settings. The manual also warns that the appliance should be a minimum of 12 inches away on all sides, from cabinets and walls to prevent damage from steam and heat. This is troubling as my kitchen isn't very large and the counter space available won't allow that sort of spacing. As a blender, it is frankly over complicated. The touch screen controls and single knob are modern touches, but the reality is, they make it harder to perform basic tasks which any other blender can do with simple mechanical switches. The built-in self cleaning/descaling functions make sense for a coffee maker or steamer which this device seems to be meant for on some level. Though I doubt I'll use the Hot features much if at all. It takes much less time to make soups on a stove top or in a crock pot. Included with the blender: User manual, cook book, a small cleaning brush and a larger foam brush and a small measuring cup. There is also a plastic insert that rests at the 40 ounce HOT mark in the blender jar. This isn't mentioned in the user manual so its purpose is anyone's guess. All containers except the blender jar itself are clear and colored plastic with a vent plug of some sort of rubberized material. It has vents and markings that say lock/unlock but doesn't actually lock anything. Using distilled or boiled water is mentioned both on the stickers on the product and within the manual, presumably in regard to the cleaning/descaling functions but no distinction is made to indicate this. As recommended I ran a cleaning cycle which runs for a bit over 8 minutes and brought the issue of that plastic part front and center. The vibration of the machine dislodged the part and began to chop it into smaller pieces of plastic before I could shut the machine off. Still don't know what that part is intended for. Google seems to think it's some sort of sterilizer platform. Whatever it's for, clearly it wasn't meant for this machine. All in, this is a nice looking unit with no clear identity. Is it a blender or a hot drink/soup maker. According to the manual and very thin cookbook, it's both. With a two year warranty and otherwise substantial feel, it's an attractive addition to the kitchen. How useful it will be day to day only time will tell. Be warned, when the blend motor and liquid pump is running the machine is extremely loud. Well over 70 db and it produces a lot of vibration which reverberates through the countertop and cabinets below. Despite these misgivings, I gave the product 4 out of 5 stars and do recommend it.
