These are EXCELLENT quality. When I first opened the package, for a minute I seriously thought they sent me the wrong item because of how nice these are. They are great and will work really well for my daughter as she has terribly sensitive ears. These are beautiful.

Very Disappointed

They're supposed to be 21 pair. I actually counted 18 pair and then there's four that do not have a match and all of these were just put into a small plastic bag. They weren't on any kind of a hanger or anything so they were kind of hard to separate. They were a jumbled up mess !!!A lot of the backs were off and kind of hard to get on. It was very discouraging. I would not want to give these to my Great-Granddaughter as a gift. The craftsmanship seemed to be fine. They're very small and hard to control.
