Lays flat. Versatile.

Not too thin. Rolls up easily. We even use it as a mat to play other games on, such as dominoes.

Excellent Mah Jongg mat. Good quality and very attractive. I especially like that it came with a nylon case which has a shoulder handle to simply roll the mat to carry and store it. I highly recommend!
