Great as always. On sale. The innersoles are comfortable. For bad feet or narrow feet, I would not size up. If you want to stay on easily without the four-wheel-drive strap in the back up, you should order them to size. They are not slip resistant, but they do have a pretty firm sole. Do not wear these if you are in an area where there are a lot of hazards as they can easily be penetrated by sharp objects
