Outdoor Table

These table and chairs were just what I thought they would be except for one thing. The color is perfect, same as photo. They were quite easy to put together. They are heavy, so the wind will not blow them off our deck. The one problem is that there is no way to get all eight chairs around the table. The chairs are too wide or the table is too short.

Don't buy. The umbrella will not stay upright, it is simply too top heavy to stay upright without being anchored with a pedestal base, which doesn't come with the set. There are other quality issues which are described in many other reviews, which in hindsight I wish I had read before the purchase. Shame on Walmart in light of the responses for keeping this item listed on their website.

reply from SERWALL

Hello James! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the umbrella and sincerely apologize for any confusion. We would like to clarify that the umbrella weight base is not included with this set and is designed to be purchased separately. A suitable weighted base or other appropriate anchoring method is recommended to provide additional stability and help keep the umbrella securely upright, especially in outdoor conditions or windy areas. We understand that this may not have been clear from your expectations when purchasing the set, and we appreciate your feedback. We will continue working to make the product information and included components as clear as possible for our customers. If you have any other questions regarding the product, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service team. We will be happy to assist. Best regards, Customer Service

Missing parts. Serwall kept promising the replacement parts were on the way, but nothing came. They even promised a small cash credit for the inconvenience which never came. I have a table with 3 good legs! The chairs are lovely and the withstand the weather, and most importantly, they don't heat up in the sun.
