the pants are way to long. It goes almost to my neck.

Not only were these pants absolutely NOT denim in any way, but they were several sizes too small despite being marked 3xl. Look, I'm a big lady and I need to order bigger sizes, I am fully aware, but if the item comes out of the package looking wrinkled as a shar pei and having skinny straight legs after being labeled wide leg, there's something wrong. Also, when I tried to return the item to the store, these pants did not even show up in their system! A return was marked: "buyer may keep item or leave with store, but refund will occur". The only way I actually was able to receive a refund was a call by the exceptional customer service person and those around him after trying to locate the item in the system after I had dropped it off. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT buy these pants. Unless of course you're a very slender person -then by all means go wild!
