OtterBox Figura Series Case with MagSafe for Apple iPhone 17e, iPhone 13, iPhone 14, iPhone 15, iPhone 16e - Black

We have used Otterbox with android phones for many years . It came as two pieces, a rubber liner and an outer plastic hard shell. This was fabulous protection for our phones. Our family recently changed our three phones to the Iphone 17e. When we recieved our new Otterbox phone protectors, but they did not have the outer hard plastic shell. We do not feel as though we are equally protected. Is there a plastic outer piece for this phone? We sure hope that this option is still available. Please let us know.

This OtterBox Figura Series protective case with MagSafe for certain Apple iPhone series was not the correct item we had thought it was upon ordering it so I can only base my review assessment on the fact we needed the far more durable OtterBox Defender series that is military grade tested for protecting the iPhone from being damaged if dropped. This far more slim-lined and delicate case would not protect the iPhone we intended it for to the degree needed. AND we had ordered black and a tan color was received instead. So both ways it was not the correct item needed we had believed it was for durable protection and the wrong color we never requested. As far as it fitting for our needs it didn't which is why I returned it for a full refund and I must say the return process for Walmart where you can begin the process via the app and then choose to drive to your local Walmart into the same numbered parking spots where you'd pick up a Walmart order was very streamlined and convenient and saved me having to package the return item up because I was able to simply let Walmart know I was on my way to return the item (within the allotted time period before the end of the month they gave me) and when we pulled into the parking spot I clicked within the app that we had arrived and choose which %23 parking spot I was in and what color our car is. A Walmart employee came out to the car and retrieved the return item from me and scanned the return bar code I had in the Walmart app and within a few hours the money was refunded to my Walmart account to use on my next Walmart purchase. I was very grateful for the ease and convenience of this process. Now I'd like to emphasize I do recommend the OtterBox Defender series for very durable, military grade protection on the iPhones but this particular product was not the correct item we needed and wanted nor the correct color. So those are my only specific complaints. Otherwise I highly recommend the OtterBox Defender series and one that I had which was military grade protection I bought in 2019 lasted up through 2026 and I just had to replace it with a new one now bec it was getting worn out and just now beginning to fall apart around the edges getting torn but had lasted that whole entire time. I consider that a good quality product since it protected my iPhone all those years without fail and had such longevity in the product.
