Highly Recommend!

I knew I would like the sauna blanket, but I didn't realize how quickly I would fall in love with it. It's so comfortable, cozy, and easy to use! I like regular saunas, but my biggest complaint with them is sitting upright on an uncomfortable hardwood bench. This blanket is the perfect solution! It's easy to set up anywhere (on the floor, mattress, or reclining chair), and you can keep it at just a warm temperature or turn it up to get a good sweat going. I would highly recommend!

skin glow is real

After consistent use, my complexion changed. Brighter, clearer, more hydrated. The sweating flushes pores, infrared stimulates collagen. My spouse noticed before I did. Beauty benefit unexpected but welcome.

74 inches long fits my 6'4" frame

Finally, a sauna blanket that covers my feet to shoulders. The 90cm width wraps around comfortably without feeling cramped. The spec says fits up to 6'6", and I believe it. Tall people, this is your blanket.
