I love that Walmart sells these basic Tracfone refill cards and how fast they email me the code to refill my phone. I don't like that the Tracfone website directs you to their Smart Phone refill section only to sell you the higher priced refill card making you spend more than what you need. I always come to Walmart and purchase my phone refill cards all the time.

Add me to the DO NOT BUY list. I purchased a digital Tracfone 60 minute 90-day plan for 19.99 on 05/26/26 and TracFone will not accept it. I first tried on 05/26/26 and got a pop-up box stating BRM exception occurred. I tried again days later and got another pop-up box stating they could not process at that time and to call their 800 number. I called and they just talked in circles. I hung up. I tried again using the TracFone online chat and they just talked in circles again and then they disconnected me. Beware before buying. I am currently shopping for another prepaid phone that is NOT TracFone!

I bought this E'card and then found out Tracfone wasn't accepting them anymore! I even tried calling Tracfone's costumer service and they were no help, even after 12 years of loyal service. Of course I heard NOTHING from Tracfone before this. Tracfone customers may want to consider switching to another provider.
