Very nice mixer, sturdy and powerful!

I love the suction feet to help keep this mixer in place. Admittedly, I needed my hubby's strength to open the top the first time. It was well on there. But I was able to open and close it after the initial release. I like the function buttons, the display screen and the extra tools they sent with it. It sounds average for a mixer. I'm excited to try sourdough bagels in it. My kitchenaid couldn't handle that dough.

Great Dough Maker

I really like this dough mixer. It makes baking so much easier and it’s really easy and fun to use. So far, I’ve used it for bread and pizza dough and it worked great both times. The dough comes out nice and soft without a lot of work. I also like that it has a ferment function so the dough can rise in the same machine. It feels sturdy and the bowl is a good size for making enough dough for my family. Overall it’s a great little bread maker and very versatile. Also comes with attachments.
