One the best sets you can get
This set has it all! Even a boning knife and a bird's beak paring knife! two of my favorites. The Pro S line is tried and true. The quality of the steel can last for decades - mine has - and the comfortable handles are perfect for medium and small hands. If you have bigger hands, check out the new Pro line. Little bigger grips and a little more weight. This set is complete with high quality straight edge steak knives so you can maintain their edge. But doesn't take a lot, these knives stay sharp wit regular honing. I do recommend hand washing, so they stay looking like new. They are dishwasher safe though.
