Poor Quality

What a rickety little item. At first i thought it was a joke or I was receiving something totally different. It didn't come in a box like I expected. No wonder it was only $8. It's not even worth $3 quite honestly. The pictures of the item in the description are very misleading! How you're supposed to be able to use it on floors, is beyond me. I gave one star, because I'll probably use it to the best of my ability, and hope for the best…but this is such a poor quality product. I would never recommend buying this item to anyone else. I should get a refund just because it's such poor quality.

Don't waste your money

This is the worst item ever. It took forever to come and then it's not as described at all. Supposed to come with two heads only came with one doesn't look anything like the head that is shown in the picture. It's like a bait and switch.
