Installing the coffee holder is a huge learning curve. It is hard to line up. But once you hit the sweet spot, it turns like butter. Learning the steam for milk was another trial. I had it down by the third try. I taught hubs how to do it in one try. We unplug it after use. An auto off would be good, but probably more expensive. I think people saying it doesn't last may be forgetting to turn it off or unplug. We love it so far.
