it came without a battery pack so this Birthday present a heated vest that i had shipped to my friend would not heat. i dont think its right to advertise a heated vest then send it without the battery pack or charger tha makes it a heated vest. i didnt see anywhere in discription that i would need to buy a separate battery pack in order to get it to heat. very disappointing as a gift to someone who lives far away. walmart graciously refunded my purchase because it wasnt clear inthe products advertising that a buyer would have to buy a additional battery pack and charger to get the vest to heat. the good thing was thst the advice was correct to order a sz larger it was a gift for a friend she said it was warm even without the heat.
