Great mask for the price. Comfortable and good quality. This is the older version with the corded remote but I prefer it because the remote is more easily accessible and I won’t lose it. Plus, I can check to see how many minutes are left and change the settings, if needed. The only con is that the mask tends to slide down if not tight. Overall, great mask. Doesn’t get hot. Long battery charge- lasts about 5-6 days using it 20 minutes every day

Blue Lights the Best!
Aww man! I took photos of myself using all three modes but they are having a error message for uploading. So Planet fitness has this red light tube or something that you can put your whole body in. I noticed after doing it that I felt happier. But it could have been just the excitement of doing something so high tech. This mask adds the luxury to tech. So it comes assembled I only had to put the eye pads in. It also comes pretty charged. This is for the test they recommended in my arm. The Red Low is warm. Not hit at all but it is warm. Surprisingly the Red High to me was not as warm. The blue is cool for a light if that makes sense. And the blue and red combo is a mix of both. I thought I would like the red better but I actually like the blue because for some reason it feels like it gets into my pores. Like my face is cleaner. There is a timer that is pretty automatic for the lights and it charges by USB like everything else lately. I'm not sure how often to do it so I will have to look it up but I think this is so quality. It does not feel cheap at all and the blue light for sure works.

The mask arrive on time, well packaged and in perfect condition with all included parts accounted for. It came charged and ready to go, All the LED lights work and is very flexable and easy to wear. The eye cups fit me well to block the light from my eyes. Time will tell how much this helps ;) Happy with this item.
