Just right for pumpkin pie season

It's fall and time for Walmart's Freshness Guaranteed pumpkin pie! This 8-inch version is just the right size. If you're not going to eat it all right away, freeze individual slices for a week of desserts. (I use the reheat sensor on my microwave, and it thaws and warms a frozen slice just right.) Pumpkin pie is made with pumpkin purée, a good source of beta-carotene, which the body converts to vitamin A. Walmart's version isn't too sweet or overly spiced, so it tastes just right to me.
