This was a replacement for the exact one I have had for years. After years of use one of the lids broke off of my old one. I like this one because the daily lids snap shut and need to be opened by the little lever. I tried one that didn't have that type of closing mechanism and when you tipped it to get your meds out the lids opened on other days and other meds spilled out too. I also like that it's a little bigger. It makes it easier to dig out that one pill you have to take by itself. I'm happy I found this one again.
