The machine comes in two separate boxes. For me some pieces came in with scratches. One of the screws doesn't go completely tight- see picture. It took me 3 hours to assembled by myself; if you have another person might take less time. I would recommend to have another person. If you're a short person this might not be good machine for you. I am 5.1 and the pad is way too high for me even in the lowest position, the seat cannot be adjusted either.
