Works as described. Even better pressure options than I originally thought it would have. Voice control is easy to use, just gotta remember the short voice commands that it understands. Cooling is a pack that you put in the fridge. I haven't used that yet. The heat is very nice and adjustable. It will Bluetooth to your phone and play music beside your ears. My family said they couldn't hear it. I could hear my music coming out of it perfectly clear. I would but this again and I would buy it as gifts for others with sinus headaches or migraines. I get both and it really does provide some relief

He works at a computer all day and gets frequent headaches.It also leaves his eyes feeling very tired,and has trouble sleeping .The heat and massage around the eyes is very relaxing!
