I am in love with these!!! Very easy to clean!! You DO HAVE TO CHANGE THEM THROUGHOUT THE DAY AS YOU WOULD A PAD!!! But they cover the nasty smell so much better than your pads and tampons! Super comfortable you DONOT feel like you're wearing a diaper!!! I have a super heavy menstrual cycle and these hold everything greatly! The material is very breathable!
